With both morning and afternoon game drives, you’ll follow the wildebeest and zebra herds, watch predators stalking the savannah, and marvel at the variety of wildlife that makes this reserve world famous. The drive is essentially a game drive in itself, offering glimpses of elephants, antelopes, and giraffes before you arrive at your lodge in the evening, just in time to check in, relax, and enjoy dinner.

The next day is devoted to exploring the Serengeti’s incredible plains. Choose between a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch or morning and afternoon drives, returning to your lodge during the midday heat. Either way, you’ll find yourself in the middle of one of Africa’s most legendary wildlife regions, encountering lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, and the ever-shifting herds of wildebeest and zebra. After a short rest, head out on an afternoon game drive to track the massive herds that fill the Ndutu plains during this season. It’s a breathtaking sight as thousands of animals graze, move, and interact across the open landscape.

Day 6 is dedicated entirely to the great migration in Ndutu. Your guide will take you to the best vantage points, whether you opt for a full-day excursion with a picnic lunch or morning and afternoon drives. The action here is intense—predators shadow the herds, calves are born in staggering numbers, and lions, hyenas, and cheetahs are never far away.
